Betsey
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Betsey is a trauma-informed therapist who blends wisdom traditions and science-driven evidence-based practices as a mind–body–spirit integrative psychotherapist. She works collaboratively with clients toward cultivating their optimal expression and addressing their mental health concerns with insight, intuition, balance and harmony. Betsey believes that everyone deserves to live a life of meaning, purpose and fulfillment wherein feeling safe, loved, seen, accepted and understood is the norm. Her sessions unfold organically with respect and honor for each individual’s lived journey and innate capacity for healing.
Betsey lives in rural southern Colorado at 8500' in the Sangre de Cristo mountains, nestled below 14,000 foot peaks. She is often found outdoors, discovering new trails and enjoying nature with her two Great Pyrenees dogs, or in her kitchen creating culinary adventures.
