She is especially passionate about working with clients from a Cognitive Behavioral and Strengths-Based perspective, particularly how one can use their personal resources, abilities, skills, knowledge, and potential to deal with life challenges, meet their needs, and achieve their desired outcomes. Her greatest reward as a therapist is the opportunity to witness the power of therapeutic partnership in uncovering the strengths and resources we all possess and using them to make impactful changes.

Bertilda has a dynamic 5-year-old daughter and enjoys writing music, screenplays, and poetry as well as exercise in her spare time.
