About
Bertilda
Hello! I'm Bertie, and I genuinely enjoy working with clients from a cognitive behavioral and strengths-based perspective. I love helping people tap into their own resources, abilities, skills, knowledge, and potential to navigate life's challenges, meet their needs, and reach their goals. One of the most fulfilling parts of my role as a therapist is seeing how our collaborative partnership can uncover hidden strengths and resources, empowering individuals to create meaningful and positive changes in their lives.
I have a dynamic 10-year-old daughter who lights up my entire world! I am lover of all things visual and performing arts and enjoy writing music, screenplays and poetry as well as exercising in my spare time.
