About
Belinda
Hi, I am Belinda! For more than a decade, I have supported diverse individuals navigating everything from interpersonal dynamics to deep-seated early life trauma. My approach is deeply collaborative, as I believe in fostering a secure and affirming space where we can gently explore foundational issues together. I am dedicated to cultivating a therapeutic sanctuary that empowers you to achieve your highest level of emotional and psychological well-being.
Outside of my clinical work, I find fulfillment in connecting with friends, traveling to new places, and rediscovering a sense of childlike wonder through board and card games. I am an avid reader and music enthusiast, with a special appreciation for the legendary Celine Dion and nostalgic 90s boy bands. My life is deeply enriched by my faith and cultural heritage; as a Ghanaian-American, my identity is beautifully shaped by the traditions of my birthplace and the experiences of my upbringing. I am fluent in both English and Twi, and I am currently dedicated to exploring my creative side, even if my artistic abilities are presently limited to simple stick figures.
