About
Bassey
Hi, I'm Dr. Akpan! My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate, working alongside clients to explore challenges and develop meaningful, sustainable change. I'm motivated by a deep commitment to helping individuals cultivate healthier ways of relating to themselves, others, and the world around them. With a focus on empowerment and personal growth, I support clients in accessing their strengths and enhancing their well-being, so they can show up more fully and effectively in all areas of their lives.
Outside of clinical work, you'll find me catching up on my TV shows, listening to music, and staying connected with family through video chats. I find balance through long walks with my dog and I value quality time with friends; whether that's a night in or going to brunch.
