About
Aymie Lee
Hi, I’m Aymie! I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. I enjoy building genuine connections with my clients and helping them better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and work through the challenges that may be holding them back. My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable and natural to them. I also value the role that culture, family, identity, and lived experiences can play in our emotional well-being. Together, we can work toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, emotional well-being, and meaningful change.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring new places, being outdoors, watching a good movie/series, listening to music, and finding little moments to slow down and recharge. I value meaningful relationships, laughter, self-care, and creating memories with the people I care about.
