About
Autumn
Hi, I’m Autumn! Over the last 15 years, I’ve helped treat a variety of clients with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, relational conflict, and identifying personal values to support fulfillment in life. I find it important for both me and my clients to join together in sessions, and focus on exploring thought patterns contributing to distress. I specialize in helping individuals cope with overwhelming emotions and create meaning in life.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, playing video games, being out in nature, or watching a good movie. I find joy in laughter, music, reading, spirituality and relationships. I identify as an African American woman and an ally in underserved communities. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering in my community for meaningful causes like food insecurity.
