About
Audrey
Hi, I’m Audrey! I work with diverse populations, providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. My approach combines empathy with a structured and goal-oriented methodology, empowering clients to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors. My expertise lies in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress. I am adept at tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic alliance.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and the people who matter most to me. I love getting lost in a good book, exploring new restaurants and trying delicious food, and finding opportunities to relax and recharge. I believe maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life helps me show up fully for my clients with compassion, presence, and authenticity. Whether I'm enjoying a quiet evening reading or sharing a meal with loved ones, I value the simple moments that foster connection and well-being.
