About
Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate complex life challenges, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. As a multi-state licensed telehealth clinician, my mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and deeply validating space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. I specialize in supporting clients through women's issues, parenting and family dynamics, burnout, and major life, career, or school transitions. Whether you are navigating a difficult role transition or working to overcome chronic stress, I incorporate a variety of evidence-based techniques into my practice to support you. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My goal is to help you uncover the strengths you already possess while equipping you with practical coping strategies to challenge negative thinking patterns and drive positive behavioral change. In our sessions, you can expect an environment where you feel fully heard and understood, but also gently challenged to engage in meaningful self-exploration. Together, we will build a roadmap toward your personal goals.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, gardening, and getting lost in a good book. I love the outdoors and frequently recharge by going camping and hiking. I always strive to find joy in the smaller, quiet moments of life that often go unnoticed.
