Ashley
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Ashley incorporates a variety of techniques in her practice that allow clients the opportunity for self-exploration and personal growth. These include learning skills to challenge and alter negative thinking to promote positive feelings and behavioral changes. Ashley aims to provide an environment where you will feel respected and understood while also challenged to engage in meaningful self-exploration. Ashley will work collaboratively to help you use the skills you already possess and learn new coping strategies to continue working through life’s challenges and achieve your goals. Ashley provides a safe space for you to be heard, understood and validated as an individual.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, gardening, reading, camping and hiking. Ashley finds joy in the smaller moments in life that sometimes go unnoticed.
