Ashley
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
My motivation as a clinician comes from helping people better understand themselves and develop practical skills that support long-term emotional well-being. Many of the clients I work with are individuals who are navigating stress, transitions, or internal pressures while continuing to meet responsibilities in their daily lives. I find it meaningful to create a space where they can slow down, reflect, and process what they are experiencing while also learning tools that help them feel more grounded and confident moving forward. My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions without judgment, while also focusing on strategies that can be applied outside of session. I often incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral techniques and emotional regulation strategies to help clients increase self-awareness, navigate challenges, and build resilience in their everyday lives.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active by running and exercising, which helps me recharge and stay balanced. I also value spending quality time with my family, whether that’s sharing meals, being outdoors, or simply enjoying time together. When I want to relax, I love watching movies of all kinds, from lighthearted comedies to thoughtful dramas, because I enjoy stories that offer different perspectives on people and life experiences.
