About
Ashley
I enjoy working collaboratively with you to build a strong, trusting relationship where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Seeking help is a courageous step. Because of this, I strive to create a warm, authentic, and safe space so you do not have to heal alone. My approach focuses on your natural strengths and our connection as human beings. Together, we will explore how your past experiences and current life circumstances might be holding you back. At the same time, we will uncover your inner resilience, personal unique strengths, and the tools available to help you grow.
As a parent, true free time is a luxury, but I love making the most of it. You can usually find me "pretending" to train for a marathon, exploring the local library, or constantly vacuuming up dog hair. To recharge my own battery, I love unwinding with a good anime series. I grew up baking with my mom and sister, and passing that tradition down by baking with my own children is something I thoroughly love doing.
