Ashlei
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Ashlei is passionate about helping clients recognize their own strengths and become the hero of their own story. She works collaboratively with clients to identify solutions to life’s challenges while fostering self-awareness, reflection, and personal growth. Ashlei utilizes a blend of psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches to support each client’s unique needs and goals.
Ashlei is known for being genuine, direct, down-to-earth, and approachable in her therapeutic style. She believes in compassionately challenging unhelpful thought patterns and encouraging clients to step outside of their comfort zones in ways that promote healing and growth. Clients looking for a therapist who is honest, relatable, humorous, and authentic may find her approach to be a strong fit.
In her free time, Ashlei enjoys relaxing on the couch with her Chiweenie, Bella, binge-watching shows, and enjoying quiet moments to recharge. She also loves spending time with friends and family, taking her dog on walks, and appreciating the balance between connection and self-care.
