About
Arya
Hello, I am Arya. I am a clinician who wants the therapeutic space to feel like a conversation in order to create comfort for my clients. I work to build rapport and understand you to provide care which will help overcome your personal challenges and heal. I describe myself as an eclectic clinician, I bring in what is necessary for you during the session. My hope is that you can walk away from sessions with clarity and a feeling of lightness.
In my spare time, I enjoy attending mindfulness activities such as yoga, sound baths, and reiki sessions. I find joy in playing carrom, hiking, and spending quality time with my community, which includes an abundance in food and good company. Being a woman of Indian origin, I enjoy the cultural traditions, which are often connected to religious practices. Some include Garba Raas, Holi, Ganesh festivities, and Diwali.
