is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Arya is a clinician who wants the therapeutic space to feel like a conversation in order to create comfort for her clients. She works to build rapport and understand her clients to provide care which will help clients overcome their personal challenges and heal. Arya's approach to clinical work is always an eclectic one - she is aware and utilizes numerous evidenced based practices, but only brings what is necessary into the session. She hopes clients can walk away from sessions with clarity and a feeling of lightness.
In her spare time, Arya enjoys attending mindfulness activities such as yoga, sound baths, and reiki sessions. She finds joy in playing carrom, hiking, and spending quality time with her community, which includes time with abundant food and company.
