About
Arlene
I believe that therapy is not one size fits all, but rather more of a team effort. I focus on collaborating with clients to identify and work towards their goals. I utilize various approaches and interventions depending on the needs and preferences of each client. My sessions tend to be compassionate, genuine, and sprinkled with humor. I find it essential to ensure that sessions are a place where clients can feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive of topics in a judgment free space. My goal is to help clients revive and thrive!
I enjoy exploring whether it is a new country, a new city, or a new restaurant. I often try to duplicate those dishes at home. They don't always turn out great, but I try. My less adventurous pastimes include watching Formula 1, horror movies, and documentaries. Any day in or near the water is a good day for me! I am happiest when spending quality family time, like our escape room tradition.
