Arlene Anjos
She/Her
Arlene
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Arlene believes that therapy is not one size fits all, but rather more of a team effort. She focuses on collaborating with clients to identify and work towards their goals. Arlene utilizes various approaches and interventions depending on the needs and preferences of each client. Sessions with Arlene are compassionate, genuine, and sprinkled with humor at times. She finds it essential to ensure that sessions are a place where clients can feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive of topics in a judgment free space. Her goal is to help clients revive and thrive!
Arlene enjoys exploring whether it is a new country, a new city, or a new restaurant. She often tries to duplicate those dishes at home. Her less adventurous pastimes include watching Formula 1, horror movies, and documentaries. She is happiest when spending quality family time, especially their escape room tradition.
