Arian is a warm, friendly, and compassionate therapist who works hard to assist clients to be the best version of themselves. She strives to support clients as they navigate challenges in their lives. Her focus is establishing a great therapeutic relationship with her clients so that they feel comfortable to dive deeply into therapeutic work. Arian takes great joy in seeing her clients flourish in life and live optimally. Her clinical style is kind, yet direct so clients can progress quickly in their work.
When Arian is not working, you can find her at the beach, doing yoga, strength training, in nature, spending time with precious family and friends. Arian loves driving while listening to music loudly. She loves plants, crystals, candles, and reading.
