About
Areli
I enjoy working from a narrative perspective because I believe everyone has a unique story and the inherent power to change it. For me, a successful counseling experience is rooted in collaboration. I strive to create a space where we can discuss difficult topics together, embracing vulnerability and intentionality. I believe therapy is most effective when both the client and the therapist bring their genuine selves to the session with openness and honesty. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am dedicated to providing an experience where you feel supported, empowered, and truly heard. My goal is to facilitate your growth by helping you re-author your experiences and identify your core strengths.
In my spare time, I find great joy in spending quality time with my family and my cat, Ray. I have a love for watching scary movies and occasionally dancing when no one is around! My favorite ways to recharge include gardening, working on home projects, and getting lost in a good book.
