Ann
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Ann believes that one of the most important components of her work is to engage her clients with a strengths-based, solution-focused mindset. As a therapist, she creates an environment that fosters mental health and effectively assists clients with responding to mental-health challenges. Ann passionately believes that the healing process is enhanced when clients discover what brings them meaning and purpose. She strives to assist her clients to replace maladaptive thoughts, feelings and behaviors with adaptive ones that satisfy the individual’s unique needs and improve their overall functioning. Ann is also able to assist clients with incorporating spirituality in their therapeutic journey, if they so choose.
Ann is a wife and a mother of teens who enjoys family time in botanical gardens, at theme parks and at the beach. She always enjoys a good book, TV show or movie and, of course, enjoys good food.
