I approach therapy from a mindfulness and solution-focused lens, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we will look closely at your personal values and explore practical, everyday ways to align your life with what matters most to you. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals navigating heavy life seasons, including major life transitions, grief and loss, caregiving, and chronic or serious illness. My goal is to provide a compassionate, steady space where you feel truly supported as you find your footing.
Outside of the therapy space, my favorite moments are spent connecting with my partner, our two children, and our close friends. As a Vietnamese-American female and immigrant, I carry a deep appreciation for diverse lived experiences, which beautifully shapes both my personal life and my clinical practice. To recharge, you can usually find me outdoors—whether I'm gardening, hiking, skiing, or traveling near and far. I also love the comfort of a good book, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing great food with the people I love.
