About
Angela
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and accepted. I strive to create a welcoming environment where you can openly share your thoughts and experiences without judgment. I recognize that every person’s journey is unique, so I take the time to understand who you are and the experiences that have shaped you.
I have experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, family challenges, grief, and loss. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we'll set goals that reflect what's most important to you and build on your strengths to help you create meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and better equipped to move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially relaxing on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. I also love trying new recipes and spending cozy movie nights with family or friends—complete with plenty of snacks! These activities help me recharge and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and enjoying life's simple moments.
