About
Andy
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful changes in their lives. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like something we are doing together, rather than something being done to you. I meet people where they are, take time to understand what matters most to them, and tailor our work to their individual needs and goals. I also believe that humor and authenticity can have a place in therapy. Whether you are navigating a difficult chapter, healing from the past, or simply trying to understand yourself better, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while moving toward the life you want.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being an uncle, snowboarding, playing video games, going to the gym, and finding ways to stay active. I’m also currently pursuing my doctorate in social work, so you’ll often find me reading and learning about topics that interest me and help me continue growing both personally and professionally. I value having a balance between learning, staying active, having fun, and making time for the people who are important to me.
