About
Ana-Lisa
Hi, I’m Ana-Lisa! I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and comfortable while still helping you create meaningful change in your life. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want you to feel like you can truly be yourself in our sessions, while also gaining new perspectives and practical tools that you can use in your everyday life. I’ll meet you where you are, support you along the way, and gently challenge you when it can help you grow!!
Outside of being a therapist, I’m a momma of four and a wife, and my family is a huge part of my life. I love spending time with my kids and being involved in all of their sports and activities. I’m also a big Seattle Seahawks fan! When life slows down, I enjoy relaxing with my children, laughing as much as possible, and appreciating the simple moments. I love to dance in the rain, have fun, and believe there is always room for a little laughter in life!
