Amy specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Art Therapy Psychology, and mindfulness and value/goal directed therapy.

In her space time, Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors/nature, exercise, journaling/writing and other God centered spiritual practices. Amy loves being creative and engaging in art making.
