About
Amy
My pronouns are she/hers/her, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting your healing process through a culturally and trauma-informed lens, working through mental health challenges in order to foster healthy coping tools and enhance well-being.
I work with adults providing treatment for mood disorders, women's issues, anxiety disorders, bipolar, psychosis, grief and loss, and PTSD.
My practice utilizes a strengths-based approach with evidence-based modalities to assist in finding successful coping strategies and tools that will promote growth and goal attainment. My goal is to empower my clients to feel well-equipped to live fulfilling lives.
My desire with every interaction with clients is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, culturally understood. We will partner together to identify goals, effective strategies, and methods that will ultimately lead to resolve and safety.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, going on hikes, travelling and spending time with my loved ones.
