Amy is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life with resilience and confidence. Amy takes a client centered approach to therapy which allows each individual client to begin where they feel most comfortable. Her goal is to provide a non-judgmental, genuine,and safe environment to allow for healing and growth to take place. Therapy can be a life changing decision to take back the joy in your life and to develop a strong sense of self to continue on your journey.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She enjoys reading, spirituality, being outdoors, and learning new things.
