About
Amanda (Lauren)
I love working with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are going through all sorts of things - including depression, anxiety, impacts of trauma or difficult losses and life transitions. I approach sessions with a warm, nonjudgmental manner and draw from training in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence based treatments, while remaining flexible to help clients with the goals that matter most to them.
In my off time I like to hike, read, cook, travel, listen to music and spend time with friends, family and pets.
