About
Amanda
Hi, I’m Amanda! I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges to achieve lasting healing and an enhanced sense of well-being. As a family therapist with extensive training in trauma recovery, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and how deeply rooted generational or relational trauma can impact our daily lives.
In our sessions, we often focus on nervous system regulation—learning how to cultivate a deep sense of internal safety so you can more authentically connect with yourself and others. My ultimate goal is to support you in restoring balance and vitality to all areas of your life.
Beyond my clinical work, I am a wife, sister, and mother. Originally from New York, I have called Arizona home for 23 years and love exploring our beautiful state. When I’m not in session, you can find me tending to my garden, spending time in nature, or enjoying the lively energy of my three wonderful children.
