As a family therapist, Amanda is trained in understanding the complexities of family dynamics and relational trauma. With a strong focus on emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, she aims to support persons in achieving a sense of balance in all aspects of their lives.
Amanda is wife, and mother to three beautiful and energetic children. She enjoys gardening, playing with her kids, and exploring nature.
