About
Amanda
I have a variety of experience working with folks in different settings. With a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship, I describe my approach to therapy as collaborative, compassionate, and willing to gently challenge clients to meet their goals. I approach my clinical work with a strengths based focus with an authentic belief that change and healing are possible. I specialize in bereavement including traumatic loss such as child loss, overdose, and suicide. I also have specialty experience in trauma work, life transitions (parenting over the lifespan, career change, aging, breakups and new adjustments), and relationship concerns including intimate partner violence.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, exploring local coffee shops, and playing with my dog. I am a lover of podcasts, film, french fries, and music.
