About
Amanda
My motivation is to help people navigate trauma and stress so they can stop feeling overwhelmed by life and start feeling more present and alive. I am passionate about helping clients accept that while we can’t always remove life's stressors, we can change how we respond to them so they don't take over our day-to-day experience.
My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I balance deep, empathetic listening with practical, everyday solutions. I like to blend somatic awareness, mindfulness and CBT to help clients build real-world emotional regulation and coping skills, ensuring they leave sessions with both a safe space to process and tangible tools to better manage their stress.
Outside of work, you can find me exploring the outdoors with my toddler, connecting with family, and doing my best to navigate daily struggles of being human. I also enjoy fitness, reading, and going to concerts when I can!
