About
Alyssa
"Growth begins when you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reclaim your story."
For the past 10 years, I have walked alongside individuals and families navigating some of life’s most vulnerable moments. My clinical background spans high-acuity crisis environments, collaborative family settings, and outpatient therapy. Across all these spaces, one core truth has guided my work: everyone possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth, even when life feels overwhelmingly out of control.
My passion is helping you regain agency over your life. Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership where we take an honest, compassionate look at where you are and where you want to be. Together, we will highlight your strengths and identify key areas for growth—while gently exploring the hesitation, fear, or ambivalence that often comes with change.
Change isn’t always comfortable, but you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe enough to explore challenges, build practical resilience, and clearly see the progress you are making every step of the way.
Most importantly, therapy is built to fit your real life—not an idealized version of it. Come as you are, in whatever way you need to show up. Whether that means tuning in from a quiet corner, talking while folding laundry or doing the dishes, or navigating a session with your child running around in the background, you are welcome here. Together, we’ll build a grounded, compassionate space where you can create meaningful, lasting change.
Between working a full-time job, showing up as a wife, and raising my family, my daily life is a balancing act—and like most people, I’m just taking it one day at a time and figuring it out as I go.
Life is loud and busy, but I carve out moments where I can. If I get a rare quiet minute to myself, you’ll find me with a physical book in hand. The rest of the time, I’m tackling the daily to-do list with an audio book playing in my ear. Most of my world revolves around making memories with my family and keeping up with our two dogs, Kobe and Dax. Add in a soundtrack that jumps from one genre to the next without warning, and that’s pretty much my life in a nutshell: a little chaotic, full of love, and always in motion.
