About
Alyson
Hello, I'm Alyson! I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard so I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. I especially enjoy working with people who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and negative thought patterns. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build helpful tools and coping skills for managing life's challenges and work towards meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered in your everyday life.
Outside of work, I keep things simple and grounded. I enjoy Pilates, a good cup of coffee, going for walks, and spending time by the water. I'm a wife and mom to a toddler, which definitely keeps life full (and sometimes chaotic) in the best ways. At home, I have two cats and I like winding down with a good show or movie. I do my best to focus on finding the small moments of joy each day.
