About
Alma
I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported through life's challenges. My passion for counseling comes from a genuine desire to walk alongside individuals as they heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. I believe that understanding how past experiences influence thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships is an important part of the healing process, happening through connection and trust. Above all, I want my clients to know they are not alone.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and being actively involved in my community. I enjoy attending church and participating in local events that allow me to connect with others. In my free time, I find peace and joy in the outdoors through camping, hiking and exploring nature. I also love attending concerts, listening to music, traveling, and making memories through new experiences.
