About
Allison
Allison enjoys working with clients from a place of unconditional care and compassion. Allison strives to meet each client where they are at and walk the path alongside them. Allison believes that all humans are capable of great things and that self-compassion can be a useful tool to add for most of us. Allison is here to remind you that you're not doing it wrong, it's just THAT hard.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys swimming and spending time near bodies of water. Allison loves to explore with her three daughters and observe the world through their eyes. She loves coffee, audio books, and feel good music.
