Alison
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Alison is here to help you understand your life, create meaning from the suffering you’ve experienced and find better ways to live this weird and wild life of yours. Her work is warm and relational, an invitation to develop insight into your psyche and repair attachment wounds from your past. By combining parts work, depth psychology and mindfulness strategies, along with neurodevelopmental theory, she hopes to help you find practical tools and deeper, long-term shifts.
In her free time, Alison explores NYC, writes short fiction and watches comfort TV. She loves spending time with her partner, her family and friends, and her two silly cats.
