Hi, I’m Alexys and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here at Two Chairs!
I believe that therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all journey. Because every person is entirely unique, I love getting creative to find the exact approach or ideas that make sense for you and where you are in your life right now. You already have a wealth of personal strengths inside you, and together, we will tap into those to help navigate whatever difficult times you are facing.
My style is open, warm, and deeply focused on your needs. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me out exploring new places, listening to live music, or spending time outdoors. I also love cooking and catching up with my family and friends. At my core, I deeply value connecting with and supporting others—which is exactly what brought me to Two Chairs, a community that shares those same values.
