About
Alexis
I enjoy building a strong therapeutic bond and helping clients identify the underlying issues that are impacting them today. I love to see the light in the clients eyes when they recognize where their thoughts or behaviors stem from. I strive to create a conversational, relaxed atmosphere where you can feel safe to open up. I bring a blend of humor, compassion, empathy, and genuine support to my work, helping to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. I am known for challenging my clients and bring an approach that fits the individual and enjoy hearing clients look forward to our sessions.
I enjoy spending quality time with my children, family, and friends. Some of my favorite hobbies I truly enjoy are reading, getting my nails done, watching movies and tv shows, and laughing with people I spend my time with.
