Alexis enjoys building a strong therapeutic bond and helping clients identify the underlying issues that are impacting them today. Alexis loves to see the light in the clients eyes when they recognize where their thoughts or behaviors stem from. Alexis strive's to create a conversational, relaxed atmosphere where they can feel safe to open up. She brings a blend of humor, compassion, empathy, and genuine support to my work, helping to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her kids, family, and friends. Alexis enjoys reading, watching movies, and laughing with her loved ones.
