About
Alexandra
Hi! I am Alex. I believe strongly in the idea that changing our behaviors, or simply doing differently, changes how we experience our life. My approach to therapy is warm and firm, which I have found is the sweet spot where change happens. If we are stuck judging ourselves, or feeling judged, we are unmotivated to change.
In my spare time, I am reading fantasy books or caring for my children. I am an avid reader and find myself falling back into the same type of books with the same types of tropes as a comfort when life gets stressful. I also enjoy mysteries - whether that be a limited series on Netflix, a podcast, or an old-fashioned true crime novel.
