Abigail
Hi, I’m Abbie! With a decade of experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of supporting clients across the lifespan—from young children to adults. My clinical work encompasses a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. I am deeply motivated by a desire to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. My approach is collaborative; I work alongside my clients to develop effective coping strategies, foster meaningful insights, and help them restore hope as they move toward a brighter future.
Outside of the office, I cherish time spent with my family and our two dogs. Whether I’m tending to my garden, unwinding with a book late into the evening, or exploring new recipes and local restaurants, I find joy in life's simple pleasures. I also love spending time outdoors and catching up with friends over coffee. Above all, I deeply value authentic connection and nurturing meaningful relationships.
