I’m Aubrey Harrison, PhD, Director of Internal Communications and DEIB at Two Chairs. I lead the integration of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into our culture and operations, ensuring our internal communications are transparent, inclusive, and aligned with our mission.
My work bridges organizational strategy and employee experience, partnering with leadership to build a workplace where every team member feels seen and heard. With a background in clinical psychology and multicultural care, I focus on creating systems that support both people and impact. Outside of work, I’m often exploring new recipes, music, or planning my next trip.
