Aubrey leads diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts at Two Chairs. He is an experienced, personable, and motivated clinical psychologist and people consultant with over 7 years of experience in the fundamentals of research and 4 years of experience applying his research skills to understand organizational problems and identify product solutions as consultant.
Aubrey is also a consultant at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in the Center for Wellbeing in School Environments, helping school communities create inclusive cultures that support comprehensive wellbeing for all staff. He pushes leaders to live out DEIB through their companies and reimagine employee well-being within the work environment. He also helps develop sustainable systems, policies, and programs to help organizations function at their most balanced capacity.
