About
Will
Hey, I'm Will! I know reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable, so my goal is to make therapy feel like a conversation instead of an interview. I believe people make the best progress when they feel understood, challenged in a respectful way, and leave each session with something useful they can apply to everyday life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to improve your relationships, we'll work together to figure out what's getting in the way and build a plan that fits you.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on my lawn, lifting weights, working on cars, and learning new skills. I also like reading about psychology, philosophy, and history, and I'm usually in the middle of a home project or trying to tinker on something. When I need to unwind, you'll probably find me playing video games, watching a good movie, or working on a new car modification.
