About
Victoria
Victoria enjoys working with individuals who are navigating mood and anxiety challenges, the family disease of addiction and dysfunction, codependency, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma. She appreciates the impact that strong behavioral, cognitive and emotional change practices can have and also how difficult the commitment to change can be. She approaches her clinical work with willingness and curiosity and a focus on what's both possible and realistic. She enjoys exploring the role of meaning-making with her clients and helping clients embody their values.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys being with her loved ones, hiking, nature adventures, reading science fiction and memoir, and art projects. She also loves collecting postcards.
