Trent
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Trent’s belief is that people will thrive (not just survive) when given the right conditions and tools, coupled with radical self-acceptance, which aligns with Two Chairs’ mission of helping good people thrive. Trent would like clients to know that he is very holistic and integrative in his approaches when it comes to helping them thrive in their lives, focusing on the mind, body and spirit.

Away from work, Trent likes to play all kinds of sports, be in nature, hike, read and engage in self-care activities such as meditation and mindfulness practices. Trent’s favorite quote is “Be the one who nurtures and builds. Be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart, one who looks for the best in people. Leave people better than you found them.” —Marvin J. Ashton
