About
Theresa
Theresa enjoys helping clients slow down and notice what is happening inside the body, believing that the mind-body connection offers valuable insight into who we are and what we need. She approaches therapy from a deeply relational perspective and believes that feeling seen, heard, and understood is central to meaningful therapeutic work. While therapy can support symptom reduction, Theresa also recognizes that people are more than their symptoms or diagnoses. Her work integrates somatic and mindfulness-based approaches with exploration of unhelpful thought loops, while prioritizing authenticity, curiosity, and connection within the therapeutic relationship.
Outside of being a therapist, Theresa enjoys creating art, playing in nature, and exploring new interests. She is a lifelong learner who is always curious about what there is to discover and learn next.
