About
Sarah
My work is grounded in a holistic, person-centered approach, engaging with every client as a collaborator rather than from a position of hierarchy. I place profound value on the therapeutic bond, acknowledging the trust inherent in being invited into the most vulnerable chapters of a person’s life. My goal is to foster a space defined by intentional, caring trust, while honoring the courage required to pursue meaningful change. Guided by the belief that everyone possesses innate strengths, I help clients uncover and reconnect with those internal resources. I strive to empower individuals to challenge limiting self-narratives, gain fresh perspectives, and cultivate the insights necessary for resilience and growth. By walking alongside clients throughout their journeys, I cultivate an environment rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the potential for true transformation.
As a first-generation Latina, I have thrived because of the sacrifices my family made when immigrating from Mexico. This journey has given me a deep understanding of the unique experience of being a first-generation American while remaining grounded in my Mexican heritage. In my free time, I love connecting with family and friends, tending to my lawn, coaching my daughter’s soccer team, and catching live music performances. Whenever possible, I immerse myself in nature to soak up the fresh air.
