About
Chinyere Sandra
Hello, i'm Sandra ! My motivation is to help you identify where you feel stuck, while building on the unique personal strengths you already have. My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your specific needs. In our work together, you can expect:
We will work as a team in a compassionate, non-judgmental space, looking at how your thoughts and daily habits impact your life. I focus on helping you find your own internal motivation and confidence so you feel equipped to make positive changes.
While we honor your past, our focus will be on the present and future, discovering real-world tools and manageable steps to help you reach your goals.
Outside of work, I love spending my free time with my kids and family, they are my primary anchor and joy. I’m also a big fan of unwinding with a great movie or TV show, and I always appreciate getting lost in a good fiction novel. Music is another big part of my life, whether it's playing in the background during a busy day or just giving me a moment to relax. These simple rhythms keep me grounded and energized, which in turn fuels the passion and presence I bring to our clinical work together.
