Samia believes you are the expert on your experience. Samia’s therapeutic approach combines elements of supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion to assist clients in identifying and utilizing their strengths while developing additional insights and skills to address life’s challenges and to appreciate moments of joy. Samia has worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental-health settings and enjoys supporting her clients in meeting their therapeutic goals.
In her spare time, Samia enjoys doing yoga, Pilates and any other activity that combines breath and body work. Samia finds joy in being in nature.
