About
Sabrina
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for a change, I am here to help. I place a deep value on building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel completely safe and heard. From that foundation, we work collaboratively to uncover your best path forward. My goal is to balance deep, meaningful conversation with practical action. You will leave our sessions not just feeling supported, but equipped with real-world tools and resources designed to help you feel better and live more authentically. Let’s figure it out together.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, you can usually find me embracing the chaos and joy of being a new mom. To recharge, I love spending time outdoors—whether that’s walking along the beach with my dog, finding harmony singing with my local choir, or enjoying a quiet moment cuddled up on the couch with my cat. I believe finding balance in our own lives is just as important as the work we do in therapy!
