Meredith
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Meredith is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical style is characterized by warmth, empathy and a genuine commitment to her clients’ well-being. Meredith creates a supportive and nonjudgmental environment wherein individuals feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Through collaboration and active engagement, she helps clients harness their strengths, tap into their potential, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and a mindset of resilience and growth.

Outside of work, Meredith finds joy in her backyard sanctuary, where she tends to her garden alongside her beloved dogs, cat and chickens. In the kitchen, she finds fulfillment in the simple act of preparing food, infusing it with love and intention. When she’s not cooking or in the garden, Meredith can be found exploring the great outdoors on hiking trails, immersing herself in the beauty of nature, or finding connection in quality time with loved ones.
