About
Lorene
Lori is a person-centered, strength-based therapist and licensed clinical social worker. She often uses cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to support people working through depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, loss, and relationship challenges. As someone with lived experience in the BIPOC community, Lori understands how important it is to have access to care that feels culturally sensitive and affirming. Lori has a special passion for supporting women as they navigate the unique challenges that can come with seeking mental health support. Most of all, Lori wants to create a safe, supportive space where people can feel truly heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
Lori enjoys watching movies, going to music concerts, being out in nature, hot yoga, spending quality time with friends and family and watching people have fun.
