Linda enjoys creating a space for clients that draws from the belief that the therapy process be an empathetic space for clients where they feel seen, heard, understood and supported as they explore their needs, goals and life aspirations. Linda draws from an intuitive, creative and engaging style that brings in a wide-variety of tools, skills and processes that empower clients in gaining clarity, understanding of themselves, relationships, work and life enhancement for greater joy and fulfillment in life and its pursuits.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending lots of time outdoors enjoying the beauty and adventures in nature with her favorite canine companion, Java; reading a great novel, or books for deeper self-growth or spiritual explorations; meditating, enjoying music; sports, outlets for laughter and connecting in relationships.
