Lauren loves working with clients ready to change and get closer to the person they want to become through compassion and collaborative exploration. Lauren integrates trauma informed, client centered approach with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, self compassion, and personal empowerment. Lauren’s work with clients navigating through difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, self worth struggles, identity concerns, domestic violence, affects after trauma and parenting stress. Lauren works collaboratively with her clients to explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape your life, while building tools to strengthen resilience, self trust, and emotional regulation. She believes healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and understood so she holds space with compassion, cultural humility, curiosity, with no judgment, and a genuine heart. Her interventions blend mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, grounding, self compassion, strength based, acceptance, and reflective exploration encouraging clients to understand their emotions, build coping resilience, and move towards more authentic and meaningful living.

Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her children, going to amusement parks, crafting, playing games, watching movies, and experiences with her children. She loves traveling, music, and trying new things.
